Introduction

Feature Upvote does not offer any reseller discounts, so there is no application or agreement to complete.

Reseller agreements, exclusivity, sub-resellers, zones, etc

We don't enter into reseller agreements.

We're happy for you to purchase a Feature Upvote subscription on behalf of your customer, but we don't make custom agreements.

We don't offer any reseller exclusivity arrangements, restrictions by zone, etc.

Reseller discounts

We don't offer reseller discounts.

Purchase orders, quotes, invoicing, and payment methods

For purchases over €1,000, we will prepare formal quotes and accept payment via bank transfer upon receipt of our invoice.

Tip: To reach the €1,000 threshold, we offer multi-year prepayment.

For purchases less than €1,000, we don't offer quotes, and we don't offer payment via invoice. Payment must be made by credit card directly in the customer's Feature Upvote dashboard.

Payment terms

For purchases over €1,000 via invoice, payment is due within 15 days of receipt of the invoice.

For purchases less than €1,000, which must be paid by credit card, payment is made immediately.


How can I buy Feature Upvote for my customer?

These instructions are for purchases below the €1,000 threshold.

In this case you'll need to pay via credit card directly in the customer's Feature Upvote account dashboard.

Here's our quick, 2-step guide showing you exactly how to purchase and manage a Feature Upvote subscription for your customer.


  1. Ask your customer to designate you as their Billing Admin:

Only your customer can do this and they do it in their "Team" settings:

You will then receive an invite via email to access the account. Follow the instructions in the email to activate your account.


  1. You pay for their subscription

Sign in to the customer's account using your "billing admin" email address, and you'll automatically go to the billing page.

Use the Manage billing button to proceed with adding your credit card, and, if necessary, your billing address.

Will your customer see your card details?

If you pay via credit card directly in the customer's Feature Upvote dashboard, they will see only the last four digits only of your credit card, as shown here:

Will this automatically renew?

For payment via credit card, yes.

By default, our subscriptions are set to automatically renew on the frequency selected (monthly or yearly). If you'd like to turn off automatic renewal, write to us, and we will disable it.
