Adding a board

When you have a Feature Upvote subscription with annual billing, and add a board, you'll be charged for the new board on a pro-rata basis. The amount is based on how much time is left in your current billing cycle.

For example, if you are 75% of the way through your annual subscription, and you add an additional board, we'll charge you for that board at 25% of the price for 1 year.

Removing a board

When you remove a board, we'll credit your account on a pro-rata basis for the remaining time left in your current billing cycle. That credit is applied to your next renewal.

About the pro-rata calculations

If you are paying automatically by credit card, the precise pro-rata calculations are worked out by our payment provider, Stripe. These calculations are worked out to the exact day.

If you are paying by invoice, we'll work out the pro-rata amount manually, typically based on a number of whole months.
