Changing details on existing invoices

Introduction

You received an invoice from us, and have realised that it shows incorrect details. Perhaps your company's address changed, or the billing contact changed.

Changing an existing invoice

Our payment processor, Stripe, does not allow us to make any changes to invoices that have been issued.

Therefore we can't change existing invoices, but in some cases we can find a work-around to suit you.

Step 1: Talk to your accounting department or bookkeeper, and find out if there is a suitable workaround at your end. Sometimes, your bookkeeper can simply add a note to your accounting software explaining why the invoice has incorrect details.

Step 2: If you can't find a workaround, and 100% need to change an existing invoice, get in touch with us via email.

Depending on what information needs to change, we can either manually create a replacement invoice, or refund your existing invoice and create a new one.
