Changing the language of your feedback board

You can change the language of your board and all public functionality. Your dashboard will remain in English.

You might want to change the language of your feedback board if:

  • The majority of your customers or team speak one language and would feel more comfortable posting in that language
  • Most of your content is in one language and customers or team would feel disorientated moving to another language

How to change the language

Select ‘Settings’ from your dashboard.

Adding a new language or fixing errors
